Job summary

• HR Administration: manage medical, vacation and sick leave; onboard/offboard employees; manage benefits; support HR policies; serve as payroll/benefits contact; assist audits and TSA/TD I/workers comp; maintain Employee Handbook

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing
  • Verify and Approve timecards through cloud-based time clock system.
  • Submit payroll hours to payroll provider
  • Maintain payroll records
  • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
• HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records in HR Portal.
  • Onboarding and offboarding new hires and departing employees.
  • Manage employee benefits
  • Support department management in reviewing HR policies and procedures
