Qualifications

• 3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Associates degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and verify timecards using a cloud-based time clock system.
• Submit payroll hours to the payroll provider and maintain payroll records.
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
• Onboard and offboard employees; administer medical, vacation, and sick leave policies.
• Maintain employee records in the HR portal and manage benefits.
• Support HR policies and respond to inquiries about payroll and benefits.
• Assist with TSA record keeping, audits, TDI, and workers' comp claims as needed.
• Maintain the Employee Handbook.
