Payroll Specialist at CFS in Shaker Heights, OH, on-site, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a salary range of $65,000–$75,000. The role supports employees and managers by resolving payroll inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

You will respond to questions, research and resolve issues related to pay, taxes, deductions, direct deposit, and timekeeping, and ensure accurate records while complying with regulations. Experience with ADP and Salesforce is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP payroll systems.
• Experience using Salesforce for case management.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, taxes, and wage/hour practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Multi-state payroll experience preferred.
