Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support weekly payroll processing and accurate time tracking. You will help ensure timely, confidential payroll operations and maintain precise records for our workforce.

Responsibilities include entering and reconciling time entries, resolving paycheck issues, processing certified payrolls, and assisting with related duties as needed. Join a team committed to integrity and excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of accounting or bookkeeping with at least six months of payroll experience.
• Experience with Vista payroll is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and reconcile time entries on a weekly basis.
• Reconcile weekly regional payroll.
• Research paycheck or direct deposit issues.
• Record and process Certified Payrolls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Enter and reconcile time entries - weekly
• Reconciles weekly regional payroll.
• Research paycheck or direct deposits issues.
• Records and processes Certified Payrolls
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficient with Excel, using VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll software.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have a good understanding of keeping employee records confidential.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping with at least six months of experience in payroll preferred.
• Experience with Vista payroll experience preferred
