Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved. The role involves coordinating contractors, vendors, and internal teams to drive successful project execution.

In a combined office and field-based environment, you will monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain timelines and performance expectations, while managing contracts

Line of Business: Other Pay Range: $97,710.00 – $130,276.66

Work Environment

Combination of office and field-based work at active construction and industrial sites. Regular interaction with contractors, suppliers, operations teams, and project stakeholders. Travel to project locations as needed to support planning, execution, and project oversight. Commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.
