LeoForce is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Las Cruces team. You will process weekly and biweekly payroll for multiple departments, ensuring accurate wages, overtime, and deductions while maintaining compliant payroll records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience
• Multi-state payroll processing preferred
• Proficiency with payroll systems (ADP, Paychex or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
