Job summary

Help At Home, a leading home care provider, seeks a Payroll Support Manager to resolve complex payroll issues, oversee tickets, and monitor SLAs. You will partner with HRIS, IT, Finance, and vendors to improve system functionality and ensure data integrity across payroll and timekeeping.

This role emphasizes compliance, audit readiness, process improvement, and analytics using Excel and Power BI. You will train associates, develop standardized procedures, and contribute to automation and cost

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of payroll operations, timekeeping systems, compliance, and internal controls.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience troubleshooting complex payroll issues and implementing process improvements.
• Experience with payroll system enhancements, integrations, testing, and reporting.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Support resolution of complex payroll issues and escalations with timely, accurate solutions.
• Oversee payroll tickets, monitor SLAs, and improve response times and satisfaction.
• Analyze recurring payroll/timekeeping issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Partner with HRIS, IT, Finance, and vendors to troubleshoot and enhance systems.
• Ensure data integrity across payroll and timekeeping and support audits.
