Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in the United States is seeking a Supervisor to oversee outsourced pre-payroll services delivered by Accenture Managed Services. You will serve as the primary operational contact, ensuring adherence to Desktop Procedures (DTPs), SLAs, quality standards, and controls, partnering with Payroll, HRIS, IT, and vendor leadership.

You will monitor performance, escalate issues, drive continuous improvement, and support accurate and timely payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Experience in Payroll Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or BPO environments.
• Experience overseeing outsourced service delivery and vendor-managed operations.
• Experience monitoring service levels, operational metrics, and quality standards.
• Experience managing escalations and coordinating issue resolution across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience working within structured operational environments with defined procedures and controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day outsourced pre-payroll services provided by Accenture Managed Services.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards; review workload and backlog.
• Escalate delivery risks and performance concerns as appropriate.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex operational issues affecting vendor-delivered services.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, IT, and vendor teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
