Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a payroll professional to partner with HR and payroll vendors to facilitate end-to-end payroll for multiple countries in the region. The role focuses on data inputs, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accurate payroll outputs across markets.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of payroll experience, familiarity with payroll systems, and strong English communication, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of payroll experience across countries
• Experience with payroll systems and data flow
• Ability to navigate regional regulatory environments
• Fluent English communication

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Service Delivery to resolve Tier 2 payroll inquiries and escalate Tier 3 as needed
• Collaborate cross-functionally to handle pay-impacting transactions including equity, global mobility, and benefits
• Adhere to policies, procedures and standards across markets and regulatory contexts
• Support core payroll activities including prior period adjustments, wage attachments, and year-end filings
• Perform manual data inputs and validate inputs before payroll processing for regular and off-cycle payrolls
• Coordinate with payroll vendors to process payroll accurately across multi-national operations
• Review and distribute payroll output reports to stakeholders
• Conduct reconciliations of general ledger balances and adjustments
• Monitor payroll compliance across local regulations and requirements
• Deliver payroll services per internal standards for assigned markets
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll operations
• Engage with government authorities on audits and requests
