Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day outsourced pre‑payroll services delivered by Accenture Managed Services, serving as the primary operational contact and ensuring adherence to Desktop Procedures (DTPs), SLAs, quality standards, and controls.

You will work with Payroll, HRIS, IT and vendor leadership to monitor performance, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement for timely payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Experience in Payroll Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or BPO environments.
• Experience overseeing outsourced service delivery and vendor‑managed operations.
• Experience monitoring service levels, operational metrics, and quality standards.
• Experience managing escalations and coordinating issue resolution across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience working within structured operational environments with defined procedures and controls.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Service Delivery Oversight: Oversee day‑to‑day delivery of outsourced pre‑payroll services; monitor SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards; review performance and backlogs; conduct reviews with vendor leadership; escalate risks as needed.
• Operational Governance & Escalation Management: Serve as primary escalation point for complex issues; partner with Payroll, HRIS, IT, and vendor teams; ensure timely resolution of critical payroll readiness issues; track recurring issues and drive corrective actions.
• Process Compliance & Quality Management: Ensure activities align with Desktop Procedures and internal controls; review transaction quality and performance trends; identify risks and opportunities for improvement; support audits.
• Stakeholder Partnership & Continuous Improvement: Maintain strong relationships with Payroll, HRIS, HR Operations, IT and vendor teams; drive process improvements and knowledge sharing; provide guidance on HRConnect, ADP GlobalView, ServiceNow; enhance employee/manager experience.
