Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll for multiple markets within the region. You will input data, review entries, and reconcile outputs to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing.

You will collaborate with OneSource HR, Payroll Vendors, and internal teams to resolve inquiries, meet service standards, and drive process improvements in a changing payroll environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of payroll experience; multi-country experience a plus.
• Technical payroll processing knowledge.
• Experience with payroll data flow and integrations.
• Experience with shared services environments preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR Service Delivery and OneSource HR to resolve Tier 2 payroll inquiries.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to handle pay-impacting transactions (equity, mobility, benefits).
• Ensure compliance with local regulations across assigned markets.
• Execute regular payroll activities: adjustments, year-end filings, and reconciliations.
• Validate inputs and outputs before payroll processing; liaise with vendors for accuracy.
