Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process daily payroll paperwork: rate changes, new hires, direct deposit, W-4s, etc.
• Audit insurance deductions from HR imports for accuracy.
• Audit leave of absence and reconcile deductions.
• Process Team Member PTO requests daily.
• Prepare verification of employment and information requests from EDD.
• Prepare and process final checks, including tips and deductions.
• Provide guest service to Team Members.
• Perform filing and other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions:

• Process daily paperwork as needed. Rate changes, new hires, direct deposit, W4’s, ect.
• Audit of insurance deductions received from the import from Human Resources to ensure accuracy.
• Audit leave of absence Team Members and ensure that missed benefit deductions are paid and reconciled.
• Process Team Member PTO requests on a daily basis.
• Prepare verification of employment and information requests from EDD with accuracy.
• Prepare and process final checks, including tips and miscellaneous deduction with accuracy.
• Provide guest service to our Team Members.
• Perform filing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
