Job summary

You will handle direct deposits, W4s, and benefit deductions while delivering reliable guest service to Team Members. Ideal candidates have prior payroll experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Prior payroll experience preferred.
• Input data accurately with calculator skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with printers, telefax, and copy machines.
• Read, write, speak and understand English; bi-lingual a plus.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Process daily payroll paperwork: rate changes, new hires, direct deposit, W-4s, etc.
• Audit insurance deductions from HR imports for accuracy.
• Audit leave of absence and reconcile deductions.
• Process Team Member PTO requests daily.
• Prepare verification of employment and information requests from EDD.
• Prepare and process final checks, including tips and deductions.
• Provide guest service to Team Members.
• Perform filing and other duties as assigned.
