Responsibilities

• Coordinate data for federal and college work-study programs.
• Adhere to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Provide back-up support and assist with retroactive salary calculations.
• Maintain records on position control, retirement, and benefits; prepare reports.
• Utilize HCM, Cardinal, SMARTER TRACK, and other systems to run payroll reports.
• Meet strict deadlines for regulatory reporting and department communications.
• Assist management in interpreting payroll/benefit rules and reference resources.
