The Payroll Analyst II will join our HR Systems & Payroll team to handle payroll administration, data input, and client coordination for our valued clients.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least three years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with payroll software such as ADP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of payroll experience is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience with payroll software; knowledge of ADP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input, verify and transmit payroll data for clients.
• Update the payroll system for new hires, terminations, salary changes or department changes.
• Prepare quarterly payroll tax reports as needed.
• Complete mortgage and SUI verifications, as requested.
• Assist with workers' compensation audits, census data, and retirement plan contribution data.
• Process bonus payments and other special payrolls upon request.
