Job summary

CLA is seeking a Payroll Processing Analyst II to join our HR Systems & Payroll team. You will handle payroll administration, data input, verification, and distribution for our clients, ensuring accurate tax reporting and timely processing.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least three years of payroll experience, with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ADP payroll software. CLA offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Three years of payroll experience is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience with payroll software; knowledge of ADP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with clients.
• Input, verify and transmit payroll data for clients.
• Update the payroll system for new hires, terminations, salary changes, or department changes.
• Prepare quarterly payroll tax reports as needed.
• Complete mortgage and SUI verifications, as requested.
• Assist with workers' compensation audits, census data, and retirement plan contribution data.
• Process bonus payments and other special payrolls upon request.
