Job summary

CLA is seeking a Payroll Processing Analyst (Payroll Analyst II) to join our HR Systems & Payroll team. You will handle a broad range of payroll responsibilities including administration, distribution and record-keeping for our clients.

You will input, verify and transmit payroll data, update systems for hires and changes, and prepare payroll tax reports. Strong knowledge of ADP and Excel is preferred; three years of payroll experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of payroll experience is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience with payroll software is required; knowledge of ADP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationship with clients.
• Input, verify and transmit payroll data for clients.
• Update the payroll system for new hires, terminations, salary changes, department changes or any other pertinent payroll information received.
• Prepare quarterly payroll tax reports as needed.
• Complete mortgage and SUI verifications, as requested.
• Assist with workers' compensation audits, preparation of employee census data, upload retirement plan contribution data, respond to tax notices as necessary.
• Process bonus payments and other special payrolls upon request.

About The Role

As a Payroll Analyst II, You Will
