Job summary

Veterans Sourcing Group LLC seeks a Payroll Process & Systems Lead to guide payroll systems and data utilization at our Peachtree Corners, GA campus, with a Tue/Wed/Thu onsite schedule and occasional travel to Sunnyvale, CA. The role requires 7–10 years in payroll leadership, expert Excel skills, and experience with WorkDay and ADP Vantage.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of payroll leadership in a large company.
• Expert Excel with INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, PivotTables.
• CPP or FPC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll systems and data utilization with accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee payroll operations for U.S. and Canada with governance.
• Identify improvements to drive process excellence and accuracy.
• Develop payroll metrics and reporting to track performance.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams on initiatives.
• Plan long-term systems investments to meet organizational goals.
