The Payroll Analyst supports the Payroll department by monitoring, managing and resolving all incoming requests for correction. The Payroll Analyst supports payroll processing by performing data entry, reconciliations and analysis as needed to ensure deadlines are met and paychecks are accurate.
Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst, Payroll Associate or Payroll Coordinator. Experience with large payroll volume (> 1,000 employees) and multi-state experience preferred. Hands-on experience with Kronos and Enterprise ADP preferred. Advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
