Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the finance team at Ontario Convention Center. The role focuses on day-to-day accounts payable, reconciliations, and ERP-driven accounting processes to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

The successful candidate will have 2–4 years of accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Sage. It is a full-time exempt position in a fast-paced venue environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or events.
• Experience with F&B accounting, inventory, COGS, and vendor management.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Sage.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable including invoice processing and vendor setup.
• Process payments and perform account reconciliations.
• Perform monthly bank, AP, and GL reconciliations; assist with month-end close.
• Review F&B invoices, inventory, COGS; ensure proper coding.
• Coordinate with F&B operations for timely invoicing and documentation.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and analyses as needed.
• Monitor AP aging and resolve discrepancies; support audits.
