You will manage timesheets, deductions, generate reports, and collaborate with HR and accounting to uphold policies. Preference for experience with Paycor or Costpoint and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll experience.
• Proficient in payroll software and Excel.
• Knowledge of wage withholding requirements and local/state rules.
• Attention to detail and strong communication.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including deductions and benefits.
• Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits with earnings statements.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Support HR with approvals and W-4 changes and respond to employee questions.
• Generate payroll reports for management and accounting.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
