Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of payroll experience or military equivalent.
• Associate's Degree preferred with 3 years of payroll experience.
• Proficiency with pay regulations and payroll systems; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer standard and off-cycle payroll cycles for the organization.
• Verify payroll data accuracy and resolve discrepancies with HRIS.
• Maintain SOX compliance and internal controls documentation.
• Provide payroll guidance to employees and support cross-functional teams.
• Assist with payroll audits and reporting.
• Support onboarding of new team members as needed.
