Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees
• Oversee multi-jurisdictional payroll reporting including prevailing wage and certified payroll reporting
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Manage Paycom and HRIS systems, including integrations and system updates
• Conduct payroll audits, resolve discrepancies, and prepare management reports
• Manage employee terminations, garnishments, and payroll records
• Support project setup, reporting, headcount tracking, and turnover reporting
• Provide responsive, high-quality service to employees and internal stakeholders
