Doubtless North America is hiring an Associate Payroll Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to the Payroll team. You will maintain payroll documentation, prepare audit materials, validate data, and assist with service requests to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, data integrity, and effective communication as part of a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree or coursework in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain payroll documentation, processing workpapers, audit files, and electronic records across shared platforms.
• Prepare payroll templates, reporting tools, processing trackers, and recurring support materials used throughout the payroll cycle.
• Perform payroll-related data entry and review employee payroll information for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies involving employee records, timekeeping, leave administration, and payroll coding, escalating issues as needed.
• Generate recurring payroll reports, data extracts, and reporting packages for stakeholders and internal team members.
