Job summary

Aprio's Human Capital Services team seeks an Associate to process payrolls, payroll tax reports, and client onboarding tasks across multiple platforms. You will assist clients with onboarding, resolve system issues, and coordinate with Relationship Managers to ensure payroll accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Process payrolls and payroll tax reports for clients.
• Assist clients with onboarding systems, I-9 and E-Verify processes.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain internal records of client interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to resolve payroll and onboarding issues.
