FTS, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for all employees across the company.

You will manage wage calculations, deductions, benefits, and garnishments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The ideal candidate has extensive payroll experience, proficiency with ADP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and strong communication skills to collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance or related field.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Experience with payroll software including ADP and Business Central.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain payroll records, generate reports (W-2s, tax filings) and ensure compliance.
• Reconcile payroll and benefits accounts; resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, auditors, vendors and benefits providers.
• Support onboarding and changes in employee status; manage payroll-related inquiries.
• Stay up to date with regulatory changes and industry best practices.
