Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience, healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with ADP Work for Now payroll systems is strongly preferred.
• Experience with electronic timekeeping and biometric systems.
• High school diploma required; payroll/accounting/HR education or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day payroll operations and ensure timely processing.
• Review time records for accuracy, including overtime and penalties.
• Collaborate with department heads to resolve timekeeping issues.
• Serve as primary contact for payroll and timekeeping questions.
• Process manual and off-cycle payroll checks as needed.
• Maintain electronic timekeeping and biometric system enrollment.
• Monitor overtime and reduce unnecessary timekeeping errors.
• Train staff on payroll procedures and internal controls.
