Job summary

Presbyterian Medical Services, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to oversee payroll functions for the organization.

This full-time position is remote eligible and requires residency in New Mexico or Texas, with the goal of ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across the network. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least five years in payroll administration (two in supervision), and experience with automated financial systems (Oracle preferred).

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum five years’ experience in payroll administration or related field, of which two years include supervisory experience.
• Knowledge and skill with automated financial applications, including personal computer and related software. Oracle experience preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• American Payroll Association Fundamental Payroll Certification preferred; recommended within 24 months of hire.
• Certified Payroll Professional certification strongly preferred within 60 months of hire.
