Job summary

Presbyterian Medical Services, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Supervisor who will oversee and supervise the payroll function for the organization.

The role requires ensuring accurate processing, timely reporting, and compliance with regulations across locations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least five years in payroll with two years in supervision, and experience with automated financial systems such as Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management or closely related field.
• Minimum five years’ experience in payroll administration or related field, with at least two years in supervision.
• Experience with automated financial applications; Oracle experience preferred.
• APF certification preferred; CPA certification strongly preferred within 60 months.
• All bonuses subject to tax withholding and eligibility requirements.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position has the sole responsibility for oversight and supervision of payroll functions for the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management or closely related field.
• Minimum five years’ experience in payroll administration or related field, of which two years include supervisory experience.
• Knowledge and skill with automated financial applications, including personal computer and related software. Oracle experience preferred.
• American Payroll Association Fundamental Payroll Certification preferred; recommended within 24 months of hire.
• Certified Payroll Professional certification strongly preferred within 60 months of hire.
• $100 EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS
