As Payroll Manager, you will be the strategic and operational owner of weekly multistate, union, and non-union payroll for our field and office teams. Reporting to the Controller, you will lead a seasoned payroll staff, drive the transition from Sage to Miter, and serve as the go-to expert for payroll accounting, tax compliance, and audits. Your work will keep our people paid accurately, our books closed on time, and our controls audit-ready, fueling projects that build hospitals, data centers, and civic landmarks across the western U.S.
