Job summary

AerSale, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations for salaried and hourly staff, including multi-state processing and international payroll support.

The role requires Workday expertise and strong compliance knowledge, with oversight of payroll staff and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience required.
• Experience with multi-state payroll.
• Workday experience is required.
• Experience with international payroll (UK & Ireland preferred).
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations.
• Establishes and maintains policies and processes that ensure the accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and company deductions.
• Manages and processes bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees, ensuring accurate and timely wage payments, payroll tax compliance, deductions, and reporting.
• Interfaces between finance and human resource departments to provide accurate and useful information.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing and international payroll experience, preferably supporting employees in the UK and Ireland.
• Develops and produces payroll-related statistical reports.
• Ensures accurate and on-time governmental reporting and compliance.
• Oversees the activities and training of both professionals and support staff. Directs the resolution of complex issues or errors.
• Supervises payroll specialist.

Education And Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including multi-state payroll.
• Experience with Workday required.

Skills And Abilities

• Exercises sound judgement in making critical decisions.
• Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
