Job summary

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • 5+ years of payroll experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll processing, payroll tax regulations, and labor laws.
  • Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, UKG, or Paylocity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

  • Salaried personnel receive paid time off.
