• Strong full-cycle payroll experience required.
• Experience processing payroll for 700+ employees or similarly sized organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for a multi-state employee population.
• Process and oversee payroll using ADP Workforce Now and related HR/payroll systems.
• Support the implementation and transition to UKG.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements.
• Review payroll tax reports and reconcile them against state filings.
• Identify and resolve payroll tax discrepancies and compliance issues.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual payroll reports.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and data integrity across systems.
• Partner with HR, Accounting, FP&A, and Shared Services throughout the payroll cycle.
• Manage payroll vendor relationships and related contracts.
• Develop and maintain payroll SOPs, documentation, and audit processes.
• Drive payroll process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support payroll system upgrades, conversions, and implementation projects.
• Resolve complex payroll issues and respond to employee payroll questions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.

Type: Direct Hire

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours with flexibility around payroll deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and own the end-to-end payroll process for a multi-state employee population
