Job summary

CFS in Brockton, MA is seeking a Payroll Manager to take ownership of our in-house payroll function. You will oversee weekly, multi-state payroll and ensure certified payroll compliance in a role closely aligned with the Controller.

Paychex handles processing, allowing focus on accuracy and execution. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of payroll experience, construction industry exposure, and strong Excel/payroll system skills, including Paychex familiarity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience.
• Construction industry payroll experience required.
• Strong knowledge of certified payroll and prevailing wage requirements.
• Experience managing multi-state payroll in an internal payroll environment.
• Strong Excel and payroll system skills; Paychex experience is preferred.
