Job summary

CFS is seeking a Payroll Manager in Rockland, MA to bring payroll in house and own the entire function. This onsite role reports to the Controller and offers high visibility across the organization in a stable construction company.

You will manage weekly multi-state payroll for a high-volume workforce, handle certified payroll and prevailing wage compliance, maintain payroll records and prepare reconciliations in collaboration with accounting and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience.
• Construction payroll and Paychex proficiency is a plus.
• Experience with multi-state processing.
