Job summary

CFS in Braintree, MA is seeking a Payroll Manager to own and optimize payroll operations for a multi-state workforce. The role reports to senior leadership and offers ownership of payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely processing.

You will collaborate with HR and Accounting to manage employee changes, reporting, and audits, while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. This position is on-site in Braintree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience, including high-volume payroll processing.
• Experience processing multi-state payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
• CPP certification is a plus.
