You will manage timekeeping, generate payroll reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with HR and Accounting. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, problem solving, and excellent communication, with Spanish language skills a plus.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a hands-on, manual payroll environment and is comfortable ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage end-to-end payroll for 200 employees
• Oversee and maintain timekeeping systems and ensure accurate data entry
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports for internal and compliance purposes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Handle payroll tax filings, reconciliations, and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate payroll records and support audits as needed
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams on payroll-related matters

• Proven experience managing payroll for mid-sized employee populations (~200 employees)
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, reporting, and compliance requirements
