• General ledger and payroll accounting experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Experience with stock-based compensation programs is a plus.

Our client, a growing healthcare organization, is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and related reporting activities. This role will work closely with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance, and employee support.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing for a multi-state workforce.


• Oversee payroll compliance, reporting, and reconciliations.


• Support employee data maintenance and payroll-related inquiries.


• Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits.
