Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Payroll & HR Specialist in Kennebunk, ME to support payroll processing, employee administration and HR operations across multiple locations. The role maintains accurate employee records, assists with payroll activities and ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures.

You will collaborate with HR and Finance teams on benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding, and related reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years payroll experience required.
• Experience supporting both payroll and human resources functions.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel preferred.

This position will play a key role in maintaining accurate employee records, supporting payroll activities, assisting with benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
