Responsibilities include processing payroll, auditing data, assisting with tax reporting and garnishments, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with HR and Accounting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience in high-volume payroll environment.
• Experience with UKG or Paylocity.
• Strong understanding of payroll procedures.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join a growing organization on a contract-to-hire basis. This role will support day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule
• Review, audit, and validate payroll data and employee records
• Assist with payroll tax reporting, garnishments, deductions, and adjustments
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
• Maintain payroll documentation and records
• Generate payroll-related reports and support audits
