La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee the full payroll cycle for our California team. You’ll ensure accurate, timely processing and compliance while partnering with Human Resources, Finance and managers.

With a focus on confidentiality and control, you’ll supervise the Payroll Specialist, manage records, and assist with budgeting and forecasting. We offer competitive pay and strong benefits in a storied coastal environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HCM and payroll integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 4–5 years payroll experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel; strong organizational skills; confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead full payroll cycle with timely and accurate processing.
• Supervise Payroll Specialist; provide training and quality oversight.
• Maintain up-to-date payroll records with HR and department leaders.
