Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services is seeking a Payroll Manager for the South Bay area of California. This role oversees end-to-end payroll processing for hourly and salaried populations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will manage multi-state payroll, stay compliant with payroll laws, review taxes and deductions, and collaborate with HR, Accounting and Finance. DOE for compensation of $100K–$150K per year.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on payroll experience
• Previous Payroll Manager or senior-level payroll experience
• Multi-state payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and compliance
• California payroll experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with payroll systems and Excel
