• Strong attention to detail and data integrity with ability to identify discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll data transfer from Workday to ADP WorkForce Now and assist with payroll processing to completion.
• Compile, review, validate, and input payroll data including earnings, taxes, deductions, and timekeeping.
• Review Workday time and attendance data for completeness and accuracy; correct discrepancies before payroll processing.
• Maintain employee garnishments, levies, and other court-ordered deductions per requirements.
• Assist with maintaining tax information and payroll records; ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Audit HR-to-payroll data to ensure accurate transfer between systems; review payroll entries for correctness.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries promptly and professionally; resolve payroll-related issues.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to reflect changes in payroll system accurately and timely.
