Job summary

MFS is offering a Summer Internship in its Payroll team in the United States. The 10-12 week program runs June 9, 2027 to August 13, 2027. Interns work full-time (35-40 hours/week) in a hybrid environment with 2 remote days and 3 on-site days.

Responsibilities include timesheet review, payroll entry support, and general ledger analysis. We seek motivated students eager to learn corporate finance and asset management, authorized to work in the US, rising seniors (class of 2028).

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student in a related degree program.
• Rising senior (class of 2028) eligibility.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Timesheet review and data entry.
• Assist with payroll entries and reconciliations.
• Filing and organizing payroll periods.
• Monthly analysis of general ledger accounts and activity.
• Assist in quarterly performance package preparation.
• Adhoc analysis as required.
