About the Job

As an Implementation Specialist, you will standardize and transform client data into templated formats, engage with clients via calls, and collaborate cross-functionally to configure and set up client systems.

This is an entry-level role where you will make an immediate impact, working with a detail-oriented team to build relationships and solve complex problems.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Standardize and transform client data into templates.
• Configure client systems during implementation, understanding configurable options.
• Resolve issues with customers and internal teams to meet client needs and workflows.
• Become a product and domain expert, understanding features and customer use cases.
• Lead customer calls, develop product specs, mockups, next steps, and training materials.
• Manage onboarding from start to finish, ensuring success metrics are met.
• Meet implementation timelines and scope.
• Coordinate with technical teams for requests, features, and integrations.
• Participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Provide updates to senior management and report issues.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.

Required and Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data manipulation and standardization tools (e.g., Trifacta, Excel/Power Query).
• At least 2 years of experience in data transformation, software configuration, or implementation.
• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams, especially product, customer success, and engineering.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, G-Suite; experience with Trifacta is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Authorized to work in the US; we cannot sponsor visas.
