Job summary

Insperity is seeking a Payroll Implementation Specialist to onboard new clients and ensure accurate payroll setup across multiple states. You will balance and process payroll data, review reports, and support client satisfaction while acting as a trusted advisor to internal partners.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in payroll, with FPC/CPP certification or FLSA PayTrain completion, and a BA may be preferred. This role offers strong growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4–6 years’ payroll experience or relevant work history.
• FPC or CPP certification or completion of FLSA PayTrain module.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new clients across various structures and locations to payroll services.
• Executes client relationship strategy to ensure timely payroll delivery.
• Reviews payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
• Inputs and balances payroll data with attention to detail.
• Processes payroll and distributes reports to clients; ensures compliance.
