Job summary

Westside Campus of Care seeks a Payroll HR Coordinator to oversee payroll and human resources functions for our Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing facility in Texas. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll processing while supporting onboarding, audits, and cross‑department coordination.

Work closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, and Operations to maintain compliant payroll systems, train staff, and uphold confidentiality of employee information.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or healthcare.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll or human resources.
• Experience managing payroll or HR functions in a complex, multi-department environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, wage and hour regulations, audits, timekeeping systems, and payroll processing.
• Experience with payroll and HRIS systems.
• Leadership experience supporting, training, or mentoring payroll and HR staff.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Payroll HR CoordinatorWe are seeking an experienced Payroll HR Coordinator to support and oversee payroll and human resources functions for a Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing while providing leadership, auditing, training, and operational support across multiple departments.
The Payroll HR Coordinator will partner closely with Payroll, Human Resources, Finance, and Operations teams to support payroll system management, facility audits, payroll processing, employee support, new hire onboarding and orientation, and staff training. This position helps ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor and payroll regulations while promoting operational excellence across the organization.
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or a healthcare setting.


• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Payroll or Human Resources role.
