Job summary

TELACU Industries. is seeking a Payroll/HRIS Specialist to oversee the full payroll cycle and the HRIS system in Commerce, CA. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and maintain confidential HR data to support strategic decisions.

The role requires strong knowledge of payroll regulations, experience with HRIS, and bilingual English/Spanish communication to collaborate with HR, finance, and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Payroll, HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field or 3+ years in payroll processing, timekeeping, HRIS management.
• Experience with payroll software and HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now, Paychecks, Workday).
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process complex payrolls and HRIS data to ensure timely payroll processing.
• Maintain and update HRIS data (benefits, leaves, personnel changes).
• Create and analyze reports for audits, budgeting, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
