Job summary

TELACU Residential Management, Inc. in Commerce, CA is seeking a Payroll/HRIS Specialist to oversee the full payroll cycle and HRIS operations in a confidential, compliant environment.

The role supports timely and accurate payroll, HR data maintenance, and system improvements. You will work under the Senior Payroll & Benefits Manager to ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity, and efficient payroll processing across multi-state requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in payroll, HR or administration.
• 3+ years payroll processing, timekeeping, and HRIS management.
• Proficiency with payroll software (ADP Workforce Now) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day payroll processing and HRIS data to ensure timely, accurate payroll and compliance.
• Maintain accurate time and attendance records and employee HR data in HRIS.
• Prepare monthly accruals and reports for audits, budgeting and workforce planning.
• Support HRIS administration: onboarding/offboarding, benefits setup, leave tracking, and year-end reporting.
