RaceTrac, Inc. in Atlanta seeks a Billing & Audit Specialist to support financial accuracy, data integrity, and operational controls of Total Rewards programs.

You will oversee vendor billing and reconciliations, and retirement plan funding activities. You will partner with Benefits, Compensation, Leave Administration, Payroll, Finance, HRIS, and external vendors to ensure accurate payments, data, reporting, and audit readiness.

• Support financial accuracy, data integrity, and operational controls of RaceTrac’s Total Rewards programs.
• Oversee vendor billing and reconciliations, retirement plan funding activities, and recurring audits across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems to identify and resolve discrepancies.
